Sad Beauty - (Tilt-shift with Canon HF-100)

No lens adapter. The dof effects are all done in post.

what software did you use to get tilt shift effect

Nice video, though you should try to take some videos from above at an angle around 30-45 degrees, preferably at a distance, that is how you get the tilt-shift effect that makes things look like miniatures,
