all that camaro crap is dead with the arrival of the new 5.0 mustang gt. motor trend has it running 12.8 which is about .2-.4 faster than the camaro ss.

So yeah I bought this very model same paint and everything~. Great mustang!!!! It drives like a dream and looks great. Something overlooked by these vehicles is the suspension upgrades and for the 427r upgrades u get a balanced combination of power and handling. If u get the chance to drive one have fun this is a very fun ride!!!

@BLACKLACDTS of course, i agree with you..mustang has never really been faster than a camaro from the factory til 2011 (i'm more referring to late-models, i don't know the times of the 60s cars) I'm sure GM is gonna wanna take their title back. I had a mint '85 IROC-Z Z/28 5-speed Camaro, black and gold...so i've owned both too :)

@CoryASchultz i like both i have a 93 5.0 mustang and a 2006 trailblazer ss(6.0 ls2). i just dont like when people swear sumthing and its wrong. the new 5.0 is faster then the camaro ss for now and thats it.i expect gm to up the ante soon tho,lol and i dont mean the zl1 i mean a faster ss.

@reanimate280 Hey man, that's the best explanation I have heard as to why buy an american muscle car vs. a european sports car. There are a few dumbshits at work that have tried to convince me to buy a BMW or Mercedes instead of a 'Stang because of the "prestige" and "status" that it would bring.

With 100% correlation, those who advised me of this are themselves very, very self-conscious and ego-centric.
