  • when did you start to play guitar?

  • @mattvl i tried the cedar topped.. will send it back.... it has a warm sound which is very nice on the higher 4 strings.. but the a and E string sounded muddy and woofy... not well defined.. which was bad for blues playing, strumming and fingerpicking.. i even tried martin sp bronze 10 strings... it got thinner but still muddy bass, which messed up the otherwise good pickup systems in the rcce model... i will try out this spruce top model and am sure it will sound tighter.

  • that se electronics reflexion filter works great! No boomyness at all!

  • Does the se electronics reflexion filter and sm81 combo work well to remove bass build up from recording in a standard bedroom?? I just ordered both because although I have bass traps in my small studio I still am not getting the exact sound I want.

  • Nice Playing - let's turn on a lightbulb
