This video shows Ataco Steels's http://www.atacosteel.com 1700 ton press with robotic automation in place to transfer the product to 3 different stations. The blank is drawn on another press, then put on a conveyor to the 1700 ton press, which picks it up, and places it in each of the 3 operations. The operations are trim, restrike and pierce. The part is then conveyed off the automation, where an operator loads it onto a pallet for delivery to the customer. Ataco Steel runs upwards of 200,000 pieces of finished product per year across this automation. http://www.atacosteel.com
