I was Count Chocula during the 1986 season. The absolute best job I have ever had.

I too, wish it would re-open & come back bigger than ever! I'd drive from Raleigh, NC just to go ride the Grizzly River Rampage that i didn't ride as a kid. =) Atleast Pigeon-Forge, TN still has Dollywood, and Gatlinburg, TN still has the Mysterious Mansion. lol Pigeon-Forge messed up when they took away Magic World though. I loved Magic World, used to go to it every summer & ride the Spider & that tall Ferris Wheel they had. It's a shame Great parks are vanishing. :(

Opryland died when Mr. Gaylord died...sorry..I wished they would bring something like it back...they had their chance when it flooded ...it would have been a great time to dimantle that travistey and stain on our community..and rebuild a park,but thats what happens when the one with the vison passes on and the torch gets passed and the passion gets get thrown in the dumpster...Dollywood an Disney are laughing at us
