Hey rfda2000 your kidding when you say they ask you to get out and film you "hailing the cab" after you already been filmed getting suprised on the inside. Right? Why would people agree to do that? Do they get paid?

@BlueReishiMan No, not at all. They surprise you, ask you if you want to be on the show, and if you say yes, they have you get out of the cab to re-shoot you "hailing" the cab. You agree to it because you want to be on the show, and they need specific shots to edit it together in the end. Why wouldn't you agree to it?

@BlueReishiMan No. That's real. They then ask you to get out, and they film you hailing the cab for the editors. The reason we don't look surprised is because my buddy and I are so tall that when we bent to get in the cab we were at an angle to see the lights in the ceiling.

Not the ones that shoot you going into the cab. Those ones are a camera crew that reshoots you getting in after you've signed the consent forms.

Hey, a couple of questions: 1) The money they hand you is fake right; do they mail you guys a check later? 2) Did they pick you up off the street randomly, or did they pre-screen you and say you are going to a diff game show but it turned out the cash cab was IT?

@BlueReishiMan Actually it seems to be TRUE! Note the guy in the back seat. When they they are shown getting into the cab, the guy in the black shirt gets into the backseat and buckles himself on the RIGHT SIDE, YET when you see them sitting, he's on the LEFT side buckled up and the ceiling lights flash. What is interesting is that he is then shown on the RIGHT side during the rest of the show (course would be thought he would move to the right in that case to be in the shot
