MY LIFE IN THE PHILIPPINES VOL 3 THE SIMPLE LIFE

This is a Real Fun video.1st TV with no cable, 2nd Our new Apartment (not Really) It's a basic Bamboo house. No electric, No running water, No inside bathroom or rest room, No shower. The floor is made out of Bamboo also. The air comes up through the floor and the walls and helps keep the house cool. The Catholic church is like most churches. Some have electric but no air conditioning.The CR or comfort room our America bathroom or outhouse has become the most requested scene that I have video of in the Philippines. The bus ride home is always a little different. This day one of the passengers had some chickens that he was taking home. The road is so rough that it will make your bladder jump. You get the picture. You see all types of animals riding the bus from time to time. The 3 hour ride cost 120 pesos about $2.75 USD a person.

Now, this is my idea of paradise! No sarcasm here, but this is exactly the kind of simple life that I want to live in the Philippines - the nipa hut with no electricity, the outdoor comfort room, the stove, and all. I really envy you, Popz. Now, if I can only persuade my wife for us to move there, instead of living here in cold Delaware, but that's another story... Great series about life in the Philippines, if not the best I have seen in YouTube, definitely is one of the best.

@lorenzoweyler Thanks for your kind words. It's more than difficult to change a woman's mind. To have her like this style of living is almost impossible. My wife was raised in the simple life. That's why I have no problem with her. I really hate cold weather. I could never live in Delaware. lol I love the weather here. Everything is always green and pretty. damn man you couldn't spring for a better shitter a 5 gallon bucket would be better than that ..steps are pretty simple to build also..spend alittle more money your in the cheapest country in the world to live in..stuff is cheap there and labor too..i'm going to retire with my wife there in about 20yrs but i wouldn't think of having her shitting in a hole

@1wicked2008 Lol Lol. I needed a good laugh ! I have no defense. Things are the way they are when you marry a woman from the simple life.This is her Mama & Papas simple life. We live in a block home. We still live a simple life compared to the western world. My niece said there is no way she could or would live this way. Of course if you live on $773 dollars a month you may have to adjust your thinking and budget. My wife says "It's better to have Honey, than Money" ...... Popz

is 6 year i life there and if you are not natural born from there you got realy any right to have house or land takecare ;)

i believe for $25,000 or even just half that amount, one can probably build a home mansion there in an existing land with all the modern conveniences available in US/UK, and be surrounded by nature still.

@chuck6969100 - 200$ can solve your problem, with that you can make a tiled CR, sometimes an open mind can solve a lot of problems.
