@MsLoubna1 Great job, i am 17 years old. my mom told me of this because she is a person who can see ghosts. i am a medium, and can basicaly do whatever i want with a ghost. I would like to inform you that the silva method is very shallow, that it doesnt go as deep as it can. im developing telekinetic abilities because i meditate for longer than an hour each day on my chakras alone. the energy that is talked about is said to exist on a different dimension than our own, it exists on all dimensions

well i did silva method in 2000, well then i used it to get rid of migrane attacks and little bit of depression. i cured my migrane attacks. became the jolliest guy alive, almost like a stand up comedian. i am so jolly / happy that i now have to act depressed to be normal lol. o one bit advantage of silva method, even if you do not aim to achieve this you will get it definately which is very very very good memory and problem solving mind. well it happened to me.

tell us how can someone who has OCD be able to meditate?. (pls you people stop being so ignorant!)

By the way everybody has different mind capabilities/faculties that we born with, not anyone could have the life they want, and not everybody could control their mind completely, maybe some people, but not everybody is fortunate

@cesarvidalcorria silva ultramind is not for ignorants... I was very skeptical and a friend of mine gave me the CDs it helps a lot... You dont need to buy anything just count from 100 to 1 trying to visualize the numbers 3 times a day it's a form of meditation and you will see a huge difference. then maybe you can change your mind about the silva ultramind. Honestly my dream now is to become a silva instructor but we dont have any seminars in my state
