  • i like reverse grip beter

  • when doing back exercise, ur back must be at neutral spine, it is not exactly straight, it has a slight arch at the lower part. and wear a good leather weightlifting belt

  • not if done in correct form, if done right it is great for lats and bringing out all of those muscles in the upper back

  • not if you keep your back in good form..straight like a table...

    if u round ur back then yes its bad

    othwerwise no its safe and effective
