Rod Roddy was one of the best announcers ever. He and Charlie O'Donnell are my favorite announcers of game show world. When I go to heaven, I wish that either Rod or Charlie could narrate my life.

I remember hearing about Rod Roddy's death from my boss at work, and I did not believe her at first but when I got home from work and looked it up online, I was like, she was telling the truth! RIP Rod Roddy!
