really good work dude! well i get out school in a week for summer im gettin out there man ima get rid of some weight dude. but thing is hi did see ya run but were you also weight lifting or little things like push ups crunches so on ? also did you diet and all that?

whats going on....MY FAULT FOR GETTING BACK TO YOU SO LATE....I apologize for that...... yea I lift a bit, but it wasn't doing much for me, so i step my cardio and calisthenics game up....(cardio basic running and LOTS OF SWIMMING) (calisthenics: push ups, pull ups, crunches, etc) left the heavy weights alone for a bit...and i seen more change doing that then lifting heavy. and i still ate normal i just watched what i ate, no high sugar, fried food, the basics
