Fatwa 1. Shaykh Ibn Baaz (may Allaah have mercy on him) was asked the following question:

Q. I went out with the Tableeghi Jamaa'at to India and Pakistan. We used to gather and pray in mosques in which there are graves, and I heard that prayers offered in mosques in which there are graves are invalid. What is your opinion on my prayers, and should I repeat them? What is the ruling on going out with them to these places?

A. He replied:

The Tableeghi Jama'ah does not have a clear idea on matters of 'aqeedah, so it is not permissible for anyone to go out with them apart from the one who has knowledge and understanding of the correct 'aqeedah followed by Ahl al-Sunnah wa'l-Jamaa'ah, so that he can teach them, advise them and cooperate with them for good purposes, because they are very active, but they need more knowledge and they need scholars who know about Tawheed and the Sunnah to teach them. May Allaah help us all to understand His religion properly and adhere to it steadfastly...

Majmoo' Fataawa al-Shaykh Ibn Baaz, 8/331

Fatwa 2. Shaykh Ibn Baaz (may Allaah have mercy on him) was asked:

Q. We are living in the desert. Some of us have settled here and some are working to earn a halaal income. A group from the Tableeghi Jama'at came to us, some of whom we know personally and are sure that their intentions are sincere, but they are not scholars; and some of them are scholars who call us to go out to the villages around us, and say that we should spend so many days or weeks or months doing that. We have not seen anything wrong with the dhikr circles that they hold. Is it permissible to listen to them or to go out with them to the neighbouring villages or outside the Kingdom (Saudi Arabia)?

A. He replied:

If the people mentioned are known to have sound 'aqeedah and knowledge and to be virtuous and good people, then there is nothing wrong with cooperating with them in calling people to Allaah and teaching and advising them, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

"Help you one another in Al‑Birr and At‑Taqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety)"
[al-Maa'idah 5:2]

And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever guides others to do something good, he will have a reward like that of the one who does it."

May Allaah guide us all.

Majmoo' Fataawa al-Shaykh, 9/307

Fatwa 3. Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan said:

Going out for the sake of Allaah does not refer to the kind of going out that they mean nowadays. Going out for the sake of Allaah means going out to fight. What they call going out nowadays is a bid'ah (innovation) that was not narrated from the salaf.

Going out to call people to Allaah cannot be limited to a certain number of days, rather one should call people to Allaah according to one's abilities, without limiting that to a group or to forty days or more or less than that.

Similarly the daa'iyah must have knowledge. It is not permissible for a person to call people to Allaah when he is ignorant. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

"Say (O Muhammad): This is my way; I invite unto Allaah (i.e. to the Oneness of Allaah — Islamic Monotheism) with sure knowledge"
[Yoosuf 12:108]

i.e., with knowledge, because the caller must know that to which he calls people, what is obligatory, mustahabb, haraam and makrooh. He has to know what shirk, sin, kufr, immorality and disobedience are; he has to know the degrees of denouncing evil and how to do it.

The kind of going out that distracts people from seeking knowledge is wrong, because seeking knowledge is an obligation, and it can only be achieved by learning, not by inspiration. This is one of the misguided Sufi myths, because action without knowledge is misguidance, and hoping to acquire knowledge without learning is an illusion.

  • The Innovaitor's Are The Dogs Of The Hell Fire .

  • ANY ONE MAKES DEVIATION (MAJHAB) IN ISLAM " O RASUL" (saw) YOY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM, surah- al anaam v-159

  • Habibur Rahman, principal of Darul 'Ulum Deoband said in his notes of "Jalalayn" that Shaykh ul Islam Ibn Taymiyah was misguided and a misguiding others ( Dhal wa Mudhil).

So like Kawthari calling to the creed of the Salaf, leaving blind Taqlid, fighting grave worship and innovations, all of this is misguidance.

Muhammad Hasan Sanbhuli in his explanation of '"Aqaid An-Nasafi" compared Ibn Taymiyah, ibnul Qayim, Ash-Shawkani, ibn Hazm and Dawood Az-Zahiri to dogs.

  • And Anwar Shah Kashmiri also quoted that in some Hanafi books there is a chapter called : "If a Hanafi does a debate (Munazarah) with a Shafi'i in Ramadan, and he thinks the fast will weaken him, then breaking it is permissible for him" and Kashmiri criticized such Fatawa from some Ahnaf. ("Fayd ul Bari" v 2 p 196, Bab Fadlu Salatil Fajr fi Jama'ah)

So the matter did not stop from changing Allah's rules on breaking the fast and others, it went to the extremity of killing each other, burning

  • Yusuf ibn Musa Al Multi AL Hanafi said : "One who reads in book of Bukhari, he will become an heretic (Zindiq)" ( man Nathara fi Kitabi Bukhari Tazandaqa) ("Shazratu Zahab" v 7 p 40 and "Abnau ul Ghumar bi Abnail Umar" of ibn Hajar v 4 p 348)

  • The Opinion of the Minority: The Layman is Obliged to Follow a Madhab:

This is a minority opinion from the Malikis, Shafiis and Hanbalis, and a weak opinion, unworthy of being followed, due to the following reasons:

    a) There is absolutely no evidence from the sources of Islam - the Quran, Sunnah, consensus (Ijma) and analogy (qiyas) - nor a statement from one of the four Imams in support of this position.

  • A warning to the innovators? So you should warn yourself. If you want follow no established madhab, then you are the Mubtadi. If you say Tawassul is Shirk, then you are the Mubtadi.

Follow Quran and Sunnah by the understanding of the for madhab. And not by understanding of Najdis.

  • the titile is very misleading what has this got anything to do with Tariq Jameel?

  • Mr. Molana if you have any problem with Molana Tariq Jameel Sahib. plz talk to him face to face. you are doing "Gheebet" and i think you know the meaning of "Gheebet" very well..

  • @TheJavido And who were these notable scholars?-these scholars cant b compared 2 the contmporary scholars of 2day

  • @TheJavido In the past, a lengthy (in-depth) Seerah of The Prophet S.A.W was Compiled by ibn Is’haaq [R.Alaih], ibn Hishaam (R.Alaih) came across this lengthy seerah and recorded all that was importnt and left the rest of the history of events. Ibn Hisham named Seerah with his name to Seerah Ibn Hishaam. Seerah ibn Is’haaq soon lost popularity and was not preserved and where as of 2day Seerah ibn Hisham exists becoz of its contents and its well-preservation

  • @TheJavido It is not I who has doubted the authenticity of this book for many years. Albani had created this duty upon himself to ‘correct’ Bukhari by removing daif hadiths frm Sahih Al bukhari and also re-naming it. So that his ‘followers’ will ‘follow authentic’ Hadith only! Also, he removd daif Hadiths frm Adab-ul Mufrad and re-named it2 Sahihul Adab-ul Mufrad. If you make an amendment of a book at least have the decency to change the name so u dnt confuse the ppl.

  • @TheJavido This is in the Arabic too: ما نقل عن الشافعي فيه قول على وفق الحديث: * وهذا الذى قاله الشافعي ليس معناه ان كل أحد رأى حديثا صحيحا قال هذا مذهب الشافعي وعمل بظاهره: وانما هذا فيمن له رتبة الاجتهاد في المذهب

  • @TheJavido Similar to the quote you hav used, Imam al-Shafi'i (R.Alaih) has also said: My opinion is that which corresponds to Hadith. (Imam al-Nawawi said): This which Imam al-Shafi'i said does not mean that whosoever sees some sahih hadith then starts saying that it is Madhab of Imam al-Shafi'i and thus starts following the "DHAHIR OF IT". However the reality is that this saying is about that person who has reached the stage of doing "IJTIHAD IN MADHAB" [Majmua Sharh al Madhahib (1/64)]

  • @mohammedislam12 brother is microphone an innovation of the deen.what are u talking about.I ask u proof..u never gave me.u say to take weak hadith to false hadith.u question the authensity of Bukhari.Imam Abu Hanifa said u have to follow the sahih hadith if u find it in future..and he also said that is his madhab. He also said he has a lot opinions and said people might get a sahih hadith and change the opinion and that is what he wanted..Why did he say so much about sahih hadith.Answer me this..

  • @TheJavido Imam Bukhari (R.Alaih) was a great Muhaddith and yes he compiled a hadith book that comes 2nd in authenticity after the Qur'an however there are weak hadith in that very book. Not only that, he also compiled another book called Adab-ul-Mufrad (The Book Of Manners), in which contains a mixture of Sahih and Daif hadiths, now answer this, y wud a Great Muhaddith go against the Prophet's words about followin authenticity and sumhw compile a book includin daif hadith?-it does not make sens
