I use Revlon Colorstay with a pump that I carry in my purse.
Almost any dollar store has LA Colors (I believe) liquid foundation with a pump. Pour that out, clean, and you have a nifty little pump for your Revlon foundation.

Becky, thank you for this tutorial! Yes, your skin really looks flawless! One question though: what do you do when you put powder and foundation on your eyes like that? I always get it on my eyelashes and brows so I have to put some water on it afterwards. Please help.
