  • Well there is an upper and lower chest. I am 100% positive you cannot target the inner and outer chest. The incline press uses more triceps and reduced ROM. The incline uses more Shoulders. There are a lot of useless machines(all of them) I'm sure you are a machine kind of guy.

  • was still a good vid but the negative of the deadlift was mad. all seems good especially Incline D Bell Press, just drop the spotter, a true warrior deals with the weight of life alone

  • @Godzmarine Amen, the pectoralis major has a dual innervation, upper and lower.
