Memórias da Terra

Memórias da Terra é uma arqueologia do cotidiano feminino na dança de Soraia Silva com suas pinturas mandalas. Nessa performance, frestas de uma vida em trânsito são símbolos de uma peregrinação. Na mediação entre movimento, pintura textura e imagem videografada, surge a dança dos fragmentos, gestos de mãos e pés que tocam, sentem, deslocam e aproximam distâncias, a existência mergulhada no sonho e no sono profundo da terra que sente e se ressente em memórias.




Earth memories is an archeology of the daily dance of Soraia Silva with her mandalas paintings. In this performance, the cracks of a life in transit are symbolic of a pilgrimage. In mediating movement, texture painting and video images, there is the dance of the fragments, gestures of hands and feet touching, feeling, and moving closer distances, the existence steeped in the dream and deep sleep of the Earth that feels and resents memories .
