Actually, I'm relieved to hear you were being sarcastic. With some of the things I've read as comments elsewhere, your sarcasm is a match for what some say in earnest.

I am sorry that my sarcasm was to subtle for you to detect but I agree with your comment I was just trying to get a rise out of the rednecks who think the death penalty is administered with even handed perfection.

You mean the DA? The "conservative" trick of withholding evidence means there are a lot of innocent people in prison, some that have beeen executed. The actual killer was using her credit card while Morton was in custody, and this fact was not put before the jury. This miscarriage of justice resulted in a second murder. The DA is an accessory to that crime. Not only did they frame and imprison an innocent man, they made a 3 year old suffer in the absence of both parents.
