I would have loved to have voted for you 2 years ago but I was not old enough then.

the "republican ideal" as you call it, has never been lived up to by republicans. EVER. even St. Reagan (PBUH) RAISED taxes- both as governor and president. not to mention driving up the nation debt to insane levels. furthermore, he made abortion easier when he was governor of CA. the "ideal" is a fantasy that even the most revered members of the right fail to uphold. serial adulterer newt, dirty deal delay, crystal methodist haggard, on and on.
the hypocrisy is deafening.
