even though this was taking with my camera & that is why i loaded it, (because this just had to be shared with others present who might not have remembered this too vividly)...I did not film it or make the comment about him being retarded. However, I believe the term "retarded" was being used in a sense as "intoxicated & ridiculous" or "wasted" and not so much as my friend claiming he must be being mentally disabled.

i was there. i have never seen a party like this in my entire life. when this kid danced they played "sex drugs and house" from the acapulco devil, which is also on youtube.
it was euphoria with like 300 people dancing
