@KevinFalcon96 If u look @ the chord progression shown starting @ 1:10, you'll notice I wrote "x2" for the initial chord run so I agree the C#m is the 3rd time around.
@bjqs01 The 6 lines represent the guitar strings with the low E string on the bottom then A, D, G, B and E as you work your way up. The numbers represent the frets you press as you play. The occasional letters are explained in the tables. Does that clear things up?
