Last week I woke up from a nap disoriented, not sure what year it was and sure that someone had been hacking my Twitter entries. My doctor recommended a trip to the hospital for tests. Of course I brought my Sanyo Xacti HD2 and yesterday created this video of my adventure.

  • I was just looking for HD2 examples. I found your example. I like the way it was edited. Even though the topic was a bit "scarey" I enjoyed the production. Good luck on kicking the weekly cigarette. Now if I may ask the following: Did you use electronic stabilization? Do you like the HD2. What did you edit your video with? Thanks.

  • I'm not sure frankly if stabilization was on, but I would guess yes. I do like the HD2 but wish it were as small as the Xacti CG6 that I used for a while. I use iMovie to edit, but I'm learning Final Cut Express so i can do more things.

  • Glad everything turned out to be okay...scary, huh?

You might not have remembered what they were going to do to you but you did remember how to video the experience so not all was lost. Glad all is okay.

  • Len, thanks for the response. Yeah I guess that day is not too clear.. eheh.. I'm really thinking about getting the HD2 for podcasts also. I also enjoyed your "Video Class" video. I wish there was a local class here that gave the solid foundational things that us (myself) as newbies don't think about (exaple: zoom, etc.) Thanks and I'm glad you're all right.

  • Real happy to see that you're ok, Len. Stay healthy!

  • Only you could think of taking a cam into hospital LOL. I cant believe how calm and laid back you were. Glad everything is ok. Take care Len. Deb x
