Karl and 3 other Marines were killed in an ambush in Anbar Province, Iraq on 01-26-05. May they live forever in the hearts of freedom loving people.

I can no say enough how much you are missed at Charlie Company. Memories of you will be passed on for years to come at the drill hall. You and I will always be known as the young Marines you passed out during formation almost simultaniously! We miss you brother...thoughts of you will be with me forever and I am looking forward to the day when I reach the pearly gates and see they are safely guarded by you. I put this video together for my friend, Mr. Linn, on the second anniversary of his son's death. I pray it honors Karl and does justice to his memory.

The name of the song is "You Lift Me Up" performed by Secret Garden. The entire cd is beautiful.
