October 10th - Taylor Rambo

On October 10, 2010, my grandfather, David Bryan Rambo, passed away. That night my parents were in town in Miami, FL visiting me when we all heard the news. On the insistence of my parents I was to remain at college despite the planned funeral a couple days later. It was with this inspiration that I wrote "October 10th," a musical eulogy for my grandfather that was played at the funeral in my absence.

This version is not the absolute best: there are a couple of musical errors, and the audio quality is a little on the rough side. I plan to work on this piece some more in the future so I felt it was necessary to share it in its current state as well.
