Hi MikeWooden1. According to the specs you mentioned, your pc should run GTA VI pretty well. although it seems that Windows 7 users have some compatibility issues with this game. A friend of mine encountered the same issue & he's planning to switch to Vista; until then, i can't confirm anything yet

That's because of the Nokia cell phone camera, but the game is running perfect.

besides the original video file is too big and therfore not suitable for internet purpos. it took me all day to upload it
