  • I love your 2nd pull it is so aggressive, how did you get it like that? If the answer involves clean pulls when do you do them in you workouts and how much do use relative to your best clean?

  • @TheClamchowder123, cheers. It's just practice. I've been lifting for 10yrs now so it's naturalf or me to just let it rip for the 2nd pull. I use to do pulls with 110% of my best C&J but I haven't done pull in years. Just practice the Clean and Jerks and focus on

    Extending up

    Get your HEAD UP HIGH

    The higher your head is the more you extended properly

    Stand on your toes, reach up with your head THIS is WHERE you want to finish.

  • beast, i just did some broad jumps today was getting a little below 9 ft. waiting for my legs to come back though from all this strength work, lots of fatigue

    in a few weeks i should have a pretty sick jumping update vid for u to check out
