Union Meeting Showdown - Jimmy Justice

It is ironic when N.Y.P.D. traffic enforcement agents that violate the same laws they are supposed to enforce and get caught by my video camera , can only defend themselves by accusing me of harassing them.

In this video we see the current state of the battle between Jimmy Justice and City officials who openly flout the law.

Instead of instructing their officers to obey the law and to be respectful to the public, they have instructed their officers to radio in complaints in order for the City to build a criminal case against me for harassment when I use my video camera in a public place.

In part 2 of this video I show the scene outside the union meeting for traffic enforcement agents.The off-duty agents pull up to the meeting in their personal vehicles and park illegally all over the area.

Then they put a placard in their window identifying them as traffic cops so that they don't accidentally receive a summons from an on-duty officer.
The traffic agents get violent and confrontational when they realize they have been caught on video violating the law and abusing their authority.

A union official comes outside to confront me and he said "we have relaxed enforcement today, which means that the no parking signs do not apply to us."

This is yet another case of overt malfeasance and corruption.New York City citizens are growing tired of the double-standards of the same traffic enforcement agents who are quick to write summonses to the public for petty violations, but then go out and violate the same laws themselves.

In a lot of these videos, they say "taking my picture" or "snapping a photo" or something similar. But you're obviously filming. It's scary that they don't know the difference.

also, K turn, not U-turn, depending on locale. not illegal. Also, I'm no expert, but passing on the right is illegal while travelling. Is it when stopped at a light? I get the impression that Jimmy sort of assumes he knows the law. This worries me.

Cops parking in fire zones to go to the bank are scumbags. That's some abuse of authority. Jimmy Justice is doing the right thing with most of his videos.

This one I'm not so sure about. Maybe NY is different, but If I need to park overnight in my neighborhood in CT (which is usually a violation) I simply call the local PD and request relaxed enforcement. I provide the model, make, and plate number of the car to be parked on the street, and they are perfectly happy to allow me to park there.
