Weatherman - too much caffeine?

This guy is just a riot. This by far is the most animated I've ever seen him. Did he have too much coffee? Probably not. It's Jim Kosek being himself and he's the main reason why I prefer accuweather.

@TheVidzor no actually they have more veiws than anyone, BECAUSE OF HIS ENTERTAINMENT. so no, look up some interveiws. theres no way that they can possibly fire him, they would lose their veiwers.
