This guy's bat speed is ridiculous. Because of that, plus the fact this guy is mammoth, I don't doubt for a minute those balls are flying as far as they say. Pause the video right before he swings and you will see what I'm talking about. His hips are wide open, his hands are leading and the head of the bat has a huge amount of lag. All those components add up to incredible bat speed. If you haven't noticed, I think you have a great swing with obviously tremendous power.

Compression of the balls? He is definitely hitting bombs, but I am just curious as to what type of ball they are using.

No that is not what I claim, anyone who can actually hit a HR uses a juiced bat... I was only making the point that "softball guy" you know the one who has 10 $500 bats but cant put food on his table for his family..the same guy you see hit, has a horrible swing, hits the ball way out of front, no balance, off the handle but mysteriously the ball flies 400 feet. Those are the guys I am talking about... and if thats pathetic.. you must be one of them.

yes the fence is 350 if you look at the trees in the distance thats at the 350ft fence...those balls he hit were actually in the 400 ft range..and you say bs..well we had a guy in the distance telling us where the ball came down..plus the field was measured
