I live in Brussels, Belgium. Still practicing, but I've been having some trouble with my left shin, so I'm slowing down a little!

I just started jump roping a few days ago and I really enjoy your videos! I wish there were punk rope classes where I live, but I'm in Europe so I guess I'll have to stick to the videos... ;)
I still can't get the boxer step right, i always trip, but i'll keep practicing!

Thanks so much. We would LOVE to bring Punk Rope to Europe. Where do you live?
Keep on practicing and let us know how you do.

Be careful with that shin! Strengthening the shin muscles can help. Toes raises and heel walking are good choices. Icing your shin might help to reduce the inflammation.

How can I tell what length jumprope I need?

@marshalljimduncan
you can visit punkrope(dot)com for sizing for our ropes. some manufacturers include the handle in the length of their ropes and others don't so we can only tell you which of OUR ropes will work for you.
