gilbert is on of my wrestling coaches and so is his brother and some other guys that work with him there pretty cool guys,, i just started wrestling yesterday

it is defenetly a rule that you cant slam an opponent.(in that perticular event) boltz87 trains bjj with the local bums. hes been watching ufc for three years and thats actually what he meant by "training". wrestler beat bjj guys? really ? ask sean sherk how bj penns bjj is. even the steroids couldnt help him. i agree with andrew and airblaze..bolt your a douche

That's why GSP dominates all his wrestling opponents? Don't get it twisted GSP even says he's first and foremost a BJJ guy over wrestler and he started with BJJ not wrestling (of course he initially started Karate). What's proven is I rip the arm off of faggots like you. And the fact u put Migliarese gym up with teh Machado's... wow. I mean I know hes a relson black but his academy is not on the same level of a Machado. and wen u say gurgel im assuming u mean alliance?
