I first played MGS on a PS magazine demo disc as a 9-year old. It was super fun and I didn't understand most of what the dialogue was about but I liked pretending I did so I could feel smart. The demo left me wanting more so I bought it with the blessings of my grandmother who is a badass, bless her soul. 13 years later and Metal Gear is one of my favorite game series. Listening to this song now, all I'm reminded of is that demo disc that started it all. Thank you, PlayStation Magazine.
