No, I don't think scott is gay but I think it is cool that he is comfortable enough with himself enough to do a gay pride parade and have fun with it. Makes me love and respect him even more. Good for you Scott, your a great guy man! Keep up the good work dude.

hey Scott, I have a pain in my right knee after doing squats. I do 8 reps x 3 sets of 185 lbs. Should I ignore the pain and work on the forms? or stop doing squats and go see a physiotherapist?

LOL@"condom cannon" and "hermanites!" i think it's great that you're doing the pride parade. watching ur videos motivates me to workout, although i haven't yet. maybe once i get that pillowcase...btw, i think ur t-shirt would be cooler if the SHF logo was on the back instead of the front. maybe on one of the front pec spaces you could have a muscleman hermanite.
