Well, what I can tell from your posts thus far is 1) you are a homophobe, 2) you think that people who don't praise Mormonism are unintelligent "Losers" (with a capital "L" for some reason), and 3) you are unable to spell "intelligence" correctly, which means that you're probably not all that bright yourself; I am actually glad that I lack the *inteligence* you speak of because I have something called "intelligence" which is a whole lot better.

And yes, I do go to sites such as exmormon(dot)org to support others who have been ostracized by their Mormon family and friends for leaving the church. You may think that it is funny that Mormons sometimes disown / sever ties with relatives or acquaintances who resign from the church, but in reality it is no laughing matter. The utter lack of understanding from individuals such as yourself is one of the reasons why people consider Mormonism a hateful cult. ;-)

@7he7ruthHurts just because a lot of Mormon members do EXACTLY what you described doesn't mean that it is a general DOCTRINE of the church itself. i agree with you %100 that a LOT of mormons, especially in the state of utah, are self-righteous, condescending, double-standard people, but the ignorance has bred ignorance there with a lot of mormon "folklore". but don't confuse personal ignorance with church doctrine, which sadly most people do with any religious group.

Unfortunately, Thor, as someone who was born and raised as a Mormon; as someone who served a mission for the Mormon church; and as someone who was married in the Mormon temple, I am not judging the organization just because of Rokit here. The Mormon church's actual doctrine is just as bigoted as some of its members. I guess you probably don't know about what its past prophets and apostles have said about blacks, Asians, and women. The recent Prop 8 issues show just how hateful its leaders are.

I did the same thing on my mission. I used the subterfuge of pretending to be taking a "survey" in order to get folks on the streets of Sydney

tricked into talking Mormonism with us. I complained about the obvious dishonesty involved to my Mission President. They got rid of that stupid UNinspired idea about a month later--not because of my complaint--it was simply a waste of time.

Look Hur7s! I've got young daughters and the last thing that I would ever want would be to have one or all fall away for something I did or didn't do! I Pray for 3 things every day! For my wife, my daughters(2&2/3rd's) and for the strength to never give up! If it makes you feel better to talk w/others about your situation, I understand, and I wont make fun about that anymore! I'd probably do the same were I in your shoes!
