No you cannot run over people in this game. But you can run and jump and scare people.

hey, i was wondering how the driving is?.......is it a simple driving or can u like hit really high speeds and drift? i know its not a racing game, but i was just wondering =)

it's kinda delicate at first, but you catch on quickly. Yes, there is a turbo mode.
