  • what are the best disc brakes? what about formula & hayes. what seem to be the best and most powerful on long dowhil runs without suffering heat performance issues

  • This works perfectly, brakes are like new! However I did make an arse of it the first time, sitting squeezing the syringe when bleeding the lines wondering why the 2nd syrigne wouldn't fill and the pressure was so high...turns out I had connected one syringe to the front caliper, and the other one to the back lever. What a tit.

  • @sonnetg they are little red plastic spaces shaped similar to pads. They come with new kit and bikes. If you dont have them plastic tyre levers do a similar job.
