@davidmarcksuk we always train drills slowly not so you (spectators) can see, but more for us to develop muscle memory & think, and see, what our options will be.

the demonstrations must be slower so one can learn and follow. once the suppleness is achieved one can train to be more precise and evantualy faster; those who think they are strong and fast enough normally get badly hurt first...

keep breathing, stay calm, the core is strong yet supple - the most underestimated and inadequately trained muscle group.

Best piece of advice EVER, was given to me by one of these Russian teachers: always keep breathing! That way you don't freeze up and keep thinking..

@buakawkaoklai It has been tested in the military when the stakes are higher then winning mate :) It works. Keep breathing.
