@halflinks Working out is not only for weight loss... I've never had weight issues whether I was training or not. I train for optimum cardiac, respiratory, muscular, and skeletal health. I'm looking more toward the future and not just the benefits that can be enjoyed now. And working out doesn't cause overeating... it promotes balanced eating.

@genggisgirl awesome. Keep posting. I'm all about girls who look like they work out. It's not for or against "feminism" or thin waist line or whatever ppl comment on assuming everyone shares the same ideals. That's just dumb. If ppl don't like your body or workout, they shouldn't be youtub-ing this lol. Keep it up. Ps coca cola bottle bodies are so 80's!!! Long live abs, obliques, and low rise jeans.
How is this hot??? this is disgusting.... completely breaks feminism in girls... And don't give us the "We're as capable as you men!" Crap, so you need to prove yourselves by doing these kinds of things. We know you are. But these types of things just aren't natural for girls to do. It's a fact. The whole "Body Building" thing is just some stupid idea that society had. Men were stupid enough to exagerate on it, and seeing girls do it, just makes it even stupider...

@WaterCrystalline
First off, if you're going to use the word feminism, you should learn what it means and put it in the proper context.
Secondly...these types of "things" aren't natural for men OR women. That's why it's called "WORKING OUT" you dope. One WORKS at it.
(Where is this "fact" of yours located?)
Finally, stupider isn't a word, but if it were, your picture would be next to it.
