  • That can't be right, considering I just walked into game and bought it 0.o

  • @MrIlx

If you bought it for ps3,then most likely sir you have the censored version that was released a year later in 2009. If you bought it for 360,then Idk somehow they must have imported it or gotten it from a trade in. Reason I say the ps3 version is censored is because when they made the censored version fsr they said fuck it and made it for ps3 only..well at least for Australia.

  • @MrIlx

Oh wait, you can disregard this pretty much since you are from the Uk, fail man fail.

This is about it being banned in Australia.

  • banning in au is bullshit but you didnt show any gore in the dark sector footage and in dark sector your mutilating other humans not locust or demon ninja. in fear you shoot your enemies only, blowing a head off and cutting a head off makes the difference. im not agreeing with the ban but that sort of thing is everywhere like a prisoner who shot someone has a better chance of being paroled than a prisoner who stabbed someone, if you get my meaning.

  • @TheZorseWhisperer

Old vid old footage, I could come up with much better footage now to come up with my point.

Like in dead space your character can get ripped in half and sliced to pieces...you can stomp on babies heads (true they are necromorphs but they still look similar)

Ninja gaiden you only kill normal ninja for quite some time before moving onto the demons, and everyone of them you can mutilate over and over again.

oh and in gears you can chainsaw other people.

  • @WarblazerTM i agree but in dead space your not killing people and i understand what you mean but thats the way the aus govt looksat things if its gorey and promotes HUMAN murder its not allowed

  • @wilsonsvideos

Meh I imported dark sector and its really not that violent, most violent thing I have seen so far is slicing someone in half with the glaive... if anything the themes are what makes dark sector seem violent, disease, body bags everywhere,Killing anybody in sight ect.

Plus Isaac IS human and that doesnt stop him from being ripped into pieces in dead space, same thing for gears of war like I said previously.

  • This is one more example of people who are NOT gamers making decisions for gamers. It's pathetic.

  • eh black ops without violence on is more violent than darksector. FAIL(black ops sucks anyway).

  • All i can say is fuck livin in australia wer they ban games for the sake of bannin them Lol

  • I don't think dark sector was all the violent at least not in a realistic way. It was stylized and cartoonish. It was also boring and repetitive. Really cool to look at but not nearly as detailed as gears of war or call of duty.

  • but cant you still order it online or download it?
