  • Hello,

I was attuned to the second level Reiki last year and I felt very powerful for many months. Now I notice that I don't seem to have the same flow of energy that I once had. It's kind of like my Reiki healing has fizzled out like an old battery. I am not tired and I have no stress in my life. What could be causing this downturn?? I would welcome your opinion. Thanks.

  • Hi,

The system of Reiki consists of 5 elements and all of these 5 elements need to be practiced to make sure that you maintain the connection with the energy. Just doing a one or two day Reiki course is not enough, you need to keep doing the daily practices. These 5 elements are the precepts, meditations, hands on healing, symbols and mantras and the reiju/attunement.

  • Well thanks fluorofish. It was fun to do!
