Breakfast: Banana and Apple = 150 Calories
Lunch: Chicken, Bacon and Pasta Salad = 266 Calories, Pomegranate: 100 Calories
Evening Meal: Boiled Rice 242 Calories, Chicken Rogan Josh: 350 Calories
Drinks: 2 Litres of Water and 2 Glasses of Diet Coke
Total Calories: 1108 Calories
