Hehe, I get dizzy when I do that...then I start bumping into the pole...not at all graceful. :) You look awesome though.

I have been known to do this for almost a thirty minute period.....it takes massive amounts of focus and discipline.

If I had a wooden floor, I might give that a try. I actually enjoy the Salsa twirl move, but it's difficult to control on a rubber matted surface! I was intrigued by your title...I know you well enough to understand that you often use dance and the physical control of your body to express emotion and enable interior problem solving. You've turned yourself into a human gyroscope in order to maintain a steady bearing and a true heading. Hold the rudder tight...we're right behind you!

Hey, Joel how are you doing?!?! So great to hear from you after all this time. :) You are beyond correct in your method of thinking when it comes to why I do what I do. It is interesting to see that when one can command direction outside the pull of gravity and resist that of what most would fall over from disorientation from, the senses come alive as if to say your nature belongs to you. It is nice to know that there are others behind me just incase!
