Here's a quick kettlebell training for bjj flow that I was playing around with after training some Judo today with one of my coaches Marius.

Nothing too planned, just playing with some kettlebell exercises flowing together for BJJ or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

  • That's too bad. My workout space doesn't have a computer in it. Just a tv and dvd player. You should definitely consider the dvd option. You have a bevy of great exercises/complexes that, if put in a work-along workout, would be well-received. Pleaseeee consider the dvd option. I think you could potentially reach more people by selling it on: totalfitnessdvds; performbetter(u already have some stuff there);collagevideos;dragondoor etc. Thanks for the consideration. Thank you for all that you do.

  • @greenbunny13 I'm not ruling it out. Perform Better has asked for a follow-along DVD as well.

  • AMAAAZING. Jason, you rock. You should definitely release a work-along kettlebell dvd like Keith Weber's or Anthony Diluglio's. Already have your kettlebell conditioning dvd you did with Zac. Wish you had a workout. I'm sure it would be a great seller and would help so many people who are looking for other work-along dvds

    Thanks

  • @greenbunny13 Thanks greenbunny! I'm working on it. Might have it online and not DVD however. At least initially.

  • can i do this with a dumbbell?

  • Thanks, Jason, for considering the work-along dvd. I take it you'll let your subsribers to Kettlebell Athletics know if and when you do.

    Thanks
