Chapter 1

Gym Class.

I was sitting on the stands next to my friend, Mikaela. Not much was really happening today, basically just a free period where everyone can just play anything theyd like. However, not me. Im not really much of a sports person. Sure Ill watch it but playing was a whole different thing. Youd have to be good and I was the complete opposite. I seriously sucked!

So, I watched and watched
The volleyball went back and forth; back and forth. Spike! And then it hit the ground. It was actually pretty boring for me. Not one of my favorite sports.

Therefore I turned to Mikaela.
*Hey, ima go to the bathroom. Ill be back,* I told her.
*Mhm..,* she nodded as she continued watching the game.

I then stood up and walked down the stands, making sure I didnt fall. It was kinda dangerous when you think about it but whatever. I then walked up to my gym teacher hoping shed give me a pass. Luckily, she did. Kinda strange, she doesnt like to let her students out in the halls but whatever.

Hallway.

So I walked out of the gym and to the hallway. I turned a left and another left and then a right. No one was out, probably in class. I then passed by the cafeteria, it was the last lunch period of the day. I looked inside as I walked by but I didnt know anyone. I continued walking. But then I saw Him.

Wow, was he a real cutie. He was tall with dark brown curly hair and the most gorgeous dark brown eyes, the first thing that made me notice him. Yet, looks werent all about him. He was also in the baseball team. He had a great personality and a good sense of humor. Shy at some points but really outgoing. He seemed perfect! His name was Nick.

But there was 1 problem.
He has a girlfriend. Completely TAKEN!

It just made my heart drop every time I saw him with her. Talking, holding hands, hugging, kissing, practically breathing each others air.
But Im not jealous, no Im not. I just want everything shes got. The way he looks at her, he looks at her so amazed. I guess he really likes her.

He was standing with her against the lockers. It was her lunch period and I guess he skipped his class for her. She was practically all over him. Kissing.

Hold it together, Mackenzie! Just pass by and ignore them, I told myself. You dont talk to him. Youre not even friends with him. He barely knows you exist! I looked towards them and they stopped their make-out session. She looked at me. He just looked down at her. I sighed, looked down and just passed by. He barely knows I exist.

Bathroom.

I practically just ran in as I opened the bathroom door. Finally, finally, finally! I just wanted to stomp on the ground with all my might.
How can I like a guy who has a girlfriend, who doesnt even talk to me, who barely knows Im alive? This sucked.

I walked up to the sink and looked at the mirror.
*Do I really wish I was her?* I asked out loud as I looked at myself. I sighed. I didnt have to think about.

No..I just wished he knew me.

I stayed in there for a while. Then I just washed my hands a couple times before I came out the bathroom, wishing they werent out there anymore.

Hallway.

I walked back to the gym. Nope, they were no where in sight. Probably making out somewhere else in private. I wouldnt blame them, though. I probably even ruined their moment before.

OMG I LOVE THIS this is tottally how i felt about this one guy i mean he wasn't as amazing-ly good looking as Nick Jonas but hey what guy that's actually in my leage does look that amazing!
