  • I have this bike, 2004 Honda nsr 125 Super sprint Black and silver, ive been riding about a year now and it's awsome, when i bought this bike i get screwed over by the owner and had to replace the barrel, piston, gaskets, rings, reeds, indicators, float in the carb, clutch cable and lever and exaust pipe, The top end rebuild cost me £480 just on parts from chambers honda specialists, mine is de-restricted and powerfull enough for me :D. i have a 2 videos if your interested in looking.

  • @VsvVideos Sounds like we're both in the same boat then mate! I just found somthing else wrong with mine as the kickstand is rubbing the chain :( But i think thats the way it goes for newbies, people know we are just excited to buy our first bike so rip us off! Anyway, i guess you learn from experience :) Wont happen again! It would be great to see your vids but i cant find them on your channel, please can you post links?

  • that is nice :D

  • @Josh94zz Thanks! :D

  • i have a bike too, great feel to have independants :D cheap too for fuel (unlike a car)

  • @TeenFlyer95 Exactly! I wanted a cage but i decided it wasnt really worth it so i convinced my parents to let me have a bike and bam, now i do! It's so much more fun too!

  • If you did your full license, then you could de-restrict it. It hasn't got more than 33bhp. Tbh do it now. You're not going to get caught unless youre being an idiot on it :)

  • @sstimmyy Please do come to the meet up, it'd be great to have you there. My CBR is slightly smaller than the 1998 model (mainly due to the different design rather than one piece being actually smaller) so I'll be really interested to see how big this is. I didn't buy a gixxer! I'm making a video today to explain it :)

  • @sstimmyy LOL that corrosion is nothing on that downpipe. I have a honda nx 125 and the section between the collection box gasket and the end can was so bad that we actually ended up welding a piece of old bicycle frame to replace the COMPLETELY rusted part. By completely rusted i mean it. We cut through the section using an angle grinder and the cross section was a definite orange... YUCK!

  • @sstimmyy - Well i know how annoying it is finding so many problems, but you will have a beautiful clean runner once everything is sorted out my friend.

/user/TokyoPat - after your youtube url, this is my friends channel Where you should find both my honda nsr videos, one was befor rebuild with my girlfriend on it, and the other is a short clip of me riding after rebuild,

I look forward to seeing more videos from yourself

  • i will find you them links

  • @AZZ3R1 ahh, i thought that was the case but thatnks for clearing that up :) I really do love riding this bike, the only thing that mae me want a bigger one is really... power and speed. Once derestricted i think the increased performance will wow me a bit though, at least... i hope it will :p

    You too mate.

  • @Darkzy43 Wow! Maybe im exagerating a bit then! :p Considering it's 7 years old i guess it really isnt that bad at all to be honest haha, just found out the side stand is rubbing the chain and had a big groove grinded into it though so im not happy :( Cant go out till it's fixed
