@DoctorKwack101 how did you make a backfire message and a hara-kiri message?

I just used the Text tool and typed the message in a Mortal Kombat font. MK Fonts can be found pretty easily at any MK fansite, so just download those, open GIMP, and type your message. I usually play with filters to give my text an animation, but I can't describe all that in this paragraph, so just play around with it and see what you like.

I'm a little stuck here. When ever I use the lasso to get Sub-Zeros head and make it a file it goes over to the layers place but i cant move it and instead of it showing a picture of his head it just shows ....idk what it is some kind of symbol. any help?

When you paste it, does it show up as a "Floating" layer? Select it in the layers window and click the New Layer button - it should turn into a normal layer.

@DoctorKwack101 k 1 more question..i hope how do i save the animation as a video and not just a file? so i can upload it to youtube?

You need to use video editing software to add sounds to it and save it as a movie. If you're just using Windows Movie Maker, I covered how to use it in Part 2. Just make sure when you're saving your finished movie, you go up to File and hit Save Movie File.
