  • Thank you....I am following method and just to make sure, you only put the water with the spices and onions and all once...does this water dry out. and you just leave it? also it was hard to understand how many hours it cooks for. thanks again for replying

  • I put about in 20 cups of water with wine and spices all at once, which will last for ten hours at least. Usually the cooking times varies from 45 mimutes to one hour per lb depending on how cold is the weather in your area. No need to add more water in the end. Happy thanksgiving !

  • How many times do you have to add water to the steamer ?

  • You need not to add any more water in the middle of smoking/steaming.

  • Great video, nice job on this.

  • i have question - for tomorrow (!!!) - we are smoking a turkey with a smoker very similar to the one in this video and are wondering how it works for the drip catcher. do we put the bowl in with water and other flavorings and then a drip tray above it and then the turkey on top of it all? does the drip tray block the heat/circulation? thanks!

  • I loved your video, and I love even more that you are American. It's awesome to know that there are still some immigrants whom honor what becoming an American is all about......you understand this.....I salute your patriotism! Thankyou for being a great AMERICAN!!!!!-----
