@Conns2239 Never know man, they may have done it on purpose. I personally find it more catchy, cause you hear that extra melody above the gain which I hardly hear. Just my personal taste I guess lol.

Man this song is ruined by the way its mixed. The volume management on this song makes no sense, the clean guitar is so broad that strings are too indipendent of each other and dont meld properly to give a good rhythm. The volume for the clean is louder then the gain so when the chorus kicks in it feels underpowered, and layering the singers voice without one recording being dominantly louder makes the whole thing sound muddy. This doesnt stop the song from being a true hidden jem. just bugs me.

@FatsaRock it's from their ep "far frome close"... they recorded it without mark and mike (2003 i guess)
you probably noticed that the sound was very diffrent back then

i doubt it says "non-predictable" that's terrible english.
he probably said "unpredictable" but with a little grunt singers do sometimes
