watch your leg swinging when you canter. try and separate your legs and your hips so you can still sit the canter but keep your leg steady and under your seat more. also watch the pumping with your upper body :)

you need to sit into the canter more, you were bouncing quite a lot. other than that and the forward sitting you are really good over the jumps!!
