  • One of my favourite U2 songs, just brilliant all the way through. Bono really shows his range at the end as well.

  • Edge should wear a dress shirt and have longer hair more often...

  • From the words of wikipedia Steve Averill, a punk rock musician and family friend of Clayton's, had suggested six potential names from which the band chose "U2" for its ambiguity and open-ended interpretations, and because it was the name that they disliked the least.

  • two word: greatest band

  • October and the trees are stripped bare

    Of all they wear.

    What do I care?

    October and kingdoms rise

    And kingdoms fall

    But you go on

    And on.

  • OMG give me some VanHalen to listen to before my penis shrivels up and falls off.

  • @ReedOfBalm the u2 was a spyplane and there was an incident where one was shot down. that's where the name came from

  • u2 are political but there more charitable

  • Song made me to repeat listening to it for full day...

  • Kingdoms rise

    And kingdoms fall

    But you go on...and on...

  • I never heard this version with shimmer

  • U2 or U-2 also refers to U.S. and Soviet spy planes and fighter planes. The 1908 german u-2 was a early submarine that was scrapped....the nazi's never used it.
