    In Feb 2000 we spent 3 weeks in NZ which was great.Also did the transalpine from Christchurch to Grey mouth

    Been many years since I worked on DX and DC loco's in NZ. My memory is hazy but we had a special power matching switch so that the DX wouldn't pull the DA or DC off it's feet when throttling up. Thanks for the memories.
