instead of arguing whether or not it works, just go make your own tactics. this guy has obviously found a tactic that works for his team, but not every team is the same. you cant just copy other people's tactics otherwise any success you have isnt really down to you is it

for anyone struggling- my best piece of advice is keep it simple. 4-4-2 is a good, balanced formation. or 4-3-3 if you have better wingers than strikers. choose a tactic and be patient. dont give up after one loss
